The schedule is rather detailed and as a result of the number of tasks times the number of participating legal entities, the schedule is now approaching 1000 lines. The duration of the project is around 2 years. I'm a senior project manager in a bank and I am currently working over a large international project for the whole group, which is managed in classical waterfall methodology.
